Product owner for Venturella, an online travel agency platform, and NomadOps, a logistics and event management app. I gather requirements from the founder and turn them into technical specs, run sprints in Jira for a team of up to six across both products, and plan each release and the maintenance after it. I led the move of NomadOps to one Firebase backend for iOS, Android and web, helped hire developers, and handle GDPR for both products, including a data protection impact assessment.

I own the Exprea iOS app end to end, working alone with Claude as my main development tool: I plan and build its features, design the UI and UX, manage releases through App Store Connect and handle GDPR.

A retro platformer you can play in any browser, on a phone or a computer. Five worlds lead to Grokk the Iron Ape, a boss fought in three phases, and signed-in players post their scores to a global leaderboard. No game engine and not one image or sound file: every sprite is drawn in code and every chiptune synthesised live.
